These terms are between you and Kreaction LLC, California, USA ("we"), the operator of FrameXfoto.

The service

FrameXfoto provides photo and video galleries for studios at yourstudio.framexfoto.com. During the invite-only beta the service is free and may change without notice.

Your content

You keep every right to the photos and videos you upload. You grant us only what is needed to store and serve them to the people you share them with. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for what your clients download.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no content you have no right to share, no attempts to break into other studios' galleries or the service itself. We may suspend accounts that break this.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service up and your media safe, but the beta is provided as is, without warranty. Keep your own copies of your originals. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
