FrameXfoto is operated by Kreaction LLC, California, USA ("we").
What we collect
When you request an invite, the name, studio name, email address and message you send are emailed to us through Postmark; they are not stored in the product. When a studio signs up we store the account email, the studio name and address, and the photos and videos the studio uploads. Clients who open a gallery are not asked to create an account; we keep the favourites and selections they make, which the studio can see.
How we use it
To run the service: deliver galleries, send the emails you ask us to send (invites, gallery links, password resets) and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use client photos for anything other than serving the studio's gallery.
The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits to block abuse; Cloudflare processes your IP address for these checks.
Where it lives
Photos and videos are stored with Cloudflare (R2, Images and Stream) and served through Cloudflare's network. Transactional email is sent through Postmark. Payments, when billing opens, are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
Your choices
A studio can delete any gallery or its whole account from its settings; deleted media is removed from storage. To ask about or delete invite-request data, email support@framexfoto.com.
